I have been there... twice now in 6 months and looking forward to going back. My recent stay a week ago, was great but with the exception that I had switched purses while there and left one of the purses and did t realize until the next day. In the purse I had left I had a couple of hundred dollars in cash and a few hundred dollars in Xmas gift cards I had bought for Xmas. I immediately called and they had found and shipped it out that day. Nervous that my belongings would be missing, not because of any reason other than so many people these days are hurting for money and people these days just aren’t as honest as they used to be. My purse was returned without one thing missing, and that to me is everything!!! This place is beautiful, and have the best, most honest employees you will find. I was in the main building above the lobby, road is a little load but not very busy. The larger suites and cottages are further from the road 👍. Grounds are beautiful and well kept, can't wait to see it in the morning, pretty sure it's on the river. I'd come again and I highly recommend a stay here. It's a great gettaway. Very happy that we did, the service was great the room was incredible the only thing that could’ve been a potential spoiler was the huge fire that popped up in the middle of the day right next to the cabins. With all of the other fires in the area there were two helicopters that arrived shortly after it began.
