COVID-19 POLICY & PROCEDURES

Thank you for staying at Weasku Inn! These are challenging times for all of us, and we appreciate your patience, loyalty and support. We remain totally committed to providing a safe, clean and inviting environment for our guests and employees. Compliance with all current local, state and federal COVID mandates is a priority and will continue to be updated as needed.
Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols are used throughout the property to clean and sanitize our guestrooms and public spaces. We know you expect the highest level of cleanliness when it comes to choosing hotel accommodations, and our goal is to deliver just that!
As always, we will continue to provide the service and hospitality that has made Weasku Inn your preferred place to stay while visiting Southern Oregon.
Staff and Management
These are some of the things we are doing to protect the well-being of our guests and our staff:
FRONT DESK AND ALL INDOOR PUBLIC AREAS
FACE COVERINGS & SOCIAL DISTANCING – Current social distancing and mask requirements are in place. Our policies are revised as we receive updates from the State of Oregon. If you have any questions on current social distancing and mask requirements, please contact the Front Desk. PLEXIGLASS SNEEZE GUARDS have been installed at the Front Desk.
SANITIZING – All indoor public areas are sanitized throughout the day.
HAND SANITIZING STATIONS are available throughout the public areas.
SOCIAL DISTANCING measures have been implemented throughout the property.
GUESTROOMS AND HOUSKEEPING
CLEANING PRIOR TO ARRIVAL– Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols have been implemented. Guestrooms are cleaned with EPA’s “Registered Antimicrobial Products for Use Against Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” (the virus that causes the disease COVID-19).
CLEANING DURING STAY– Housekeeping is currently limited to every third morning. Additional housekeeping service is available only by request. Please call the desk prior to 12:00 PM noon if you would like to request additional housekeeping service. Cleaning will only be done when guests are not present in the room.
LINENS & TOWELS– Please call the Front Desk by 1:00 PM if you wish to have fresh linens and towels delivered to your room. Amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee, may be requested at the same time.
UNNECESSARY ITEMS– To reduce potential cross-contamination, we have removed all unnecessary items from our guestrooms such as bed scarves, decorative pillows, magazines and notepads. Magazines are available at the Front Desk upon request.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
BREAKFAST is available daily in the Rainbow Room of the main Lodge from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM. Seating is limited in the breakfast area and may be subject to availability,
outdoor seating areas are located throughout the property.
COMPLIMENTARY APPETIZERS are available for your enjoyment every afternoon between the hours of 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Appetizers are served in the Rainbow Room of the main Lodge. Our curated collection of exclusively Oregon-produced craft beers, wines and snacks are available for purchase at the front desk until 11:00 PM. Indoor seating is limited; however, appetizers, snacks and alcohol can be enjoyed at our outdoor seating areas located throughout the property.
